Emotional Capital Report
Emotional Capital is RocheMartin’s breakthrough progression of the concept of Emotional Intelligence. It is a framework for identifying, developing and assessing the essential competencies leaders need in order to demonstrate high levels of Emotional Intelligence. The 360 Multi-Rater Report combines responses from chosen raters including managers, peers, direct reports, and others; and compares these scores to the ‘ECR Self’ scores to gain an understanding of the differences in perception.

The Emotional Capital Model
There are four Inner Focus competencies that reflect your understanding of your own emotional intelligence. In developing these traits, you learn to communicate in a way that inspires your team to bring both their heads and hearts to work.
The three competencies of the Other Focus impact your understanding of the emotional values, feelings, and perceptions your customers, clients or external stakeholders hold towards your organisation. Developing these competencies enables you to gain a deeper understanding of the emotional factors that influence business transactions and the personal impact they can have on your customers.
There are three Outer Focus competencies that impact the level of positive, focused energy that you invest at work. Managing your emotional energy determines your ability to inspire, mobilise, focus, and renew the collective energy of the people you lead to promote exceptional team performance.
