The GLWS is a measure of wellbeing designed exclusively for senior people in the workplace.
The Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey is a uniquely holistic, evidence-based tool developed exclusively for leaders and their teams. It delivers deep insights and actionable steps to shape and sustain success, both at work and at home.
Taking just 15-20 minutes to complete, the GLWS consists of 126 questions that capture the essence of executives’ physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual wellbeing.
The topics covered include:
- Authentic Relationships
- Meaning, Purpose & Direction
- Resilience & Equanimity
- Vitality & Energy
- Baland & Boundaries
- Intellectual Engagement & Flow
Upon completion, a Personal Wellbeing Report is generated by the respondent’s GLWS coach and reviewed together in 2 x 90-minute confidential, one on one debrief sessions. Respondent’s are guided through relevant resources and tools in pursuit of positive change in their wellbeing to create a more fulfilling life at work and at home.
“I first met Phil when he was engaged to facilitate a team-building activity, and was subsequently lucky enough to be offered the opportunity to complete the MEWS (now known as GLWS) survey with him. Phil has the rare ability to call your attention to the elements of your life that are out of balance – and your own part in that imbalance – without judgment or blame.”
