Organisational transformation begins with the personal transformation of the leaders. To grow and develop your culture, you need to grow and develop your leaders.
Benefits of the LVA
The LVA measures personal entropy, which is the amount of fear-driven energy a person expresses. This indicates how you may be contributing to the Cultural Entropy® score of the organisation. The LVA reveals the extent to which a leader’s behaviours help or hinder the performance of the organisation, and to what extent fear influences decision-making. Receive a detailed analysis of what is working well, where improvements could be made, and next areas for growth. Understand where a leader’s perception of their leadership styles differs from the perception of colleagues.
What do people say about the LVA?
“Gaining clarity on my values about leadership has given me a greater understanding of how I was holding myself back from being a truly effective leader. It has helped me develop more focused goals for myself and my team. Working with my coach to create a detailed plan to reach those goals, made them much more attainable.”
The LVA Process
The Leadership Values Assessment process begins with the customisation of the leadership values template.
Participants are assessed on:
- 10 values / areas of strength;
- 10 values / areas for development
The responses of both the leader and 15-20 assessors are mapped to the Barrett Leadership Model. Analysis of the report is debriefed by a coach in 1 x 2 hour feedback session. Together with their coach, the leader develops a detailed action plan to improve performance.
