The LDR is a powerful coaching tool for promoting self-awareness, transformation, and actions to help leaders reach their full potential.
Benefits of the LDR
The purpose of the Leadership Development Report is to deepen your understanding of what actions you need to take to become an authentic, ‘Full Spectrum’ leader. It measures your personal entropy and how you are contributing to the Cultural Entropy® of the organisation. The LDR shows leaders how their leadership style is perceived by their assessors and allows for a comparison between this to their personal view of how they lead others.
The LDR Process
The Leadership Development Report uses a standard leadership values template, though customisation is possible if necessary.
Participants are assessed on:
- 18 leadership behaviours;
- 10 values / areas of strength;
- 10 values / areas for development
The responses of both the leader and 10-15 assessors are mapped to the Seven Levels of Leadership Consciousness. Analysis of the report is debriefed by a coach in 1 x 2 hour feedback session. Together with their coach, the leader develops a detailed action plan to improve performance.
What do people say about the LDR?
“The LDR gave me a much clearer picture of the effectiveness of my leadership style. Understanding how my team’s perspective differed from my own has helped me to develop and implement new strategies for communication that has not only improved my own leadership, but the performance of my whole team.”
