We can deliver a targeted coaching program in 6 months, or create a structured multi-year mentoring relationship that accelerates results across multiple dimensions of performance.
These coaching programs can be delivered as standalone coaching or as part of executive leadership development programs and high performance teams programs to help embed new skills, drive change and to to provide a safe place to discuss real-time results and issues in the workplace.
While we customise coaching for the individual, our typical coaching programs include:
Initial confidential briefing received from the coachee’s manager and/or HR/L&D
TLS Community Hub and Private Online Coaching space
Support for collaboration, goal setting, goal tracking via our library of resources
Regular communication between coach and manager (themes, progress, challenges, support needed)
3-way conversation (coachee, manager, coach) to agree on goals, confidentiality and approach
Establish development goals
60-minute sessions every 4 weeks (some prefer shorter or longer sessions)
Phone and email coaching as required (no limit)

Our contextual coaching model enables the coach to use different coaching methodologies depending on the client and their circumstances. We don’t deliver generic programs.
We use a range of leadership assessment tools to understand individual leadership styles, preferences and capability. Coaching programs can be delivered as standalone executive coaching and mentoring services for individuals, or as part of Leadership Excellence and High Performance Team programs to help drive change. Providing a safe place to discuss real-time results helps exploit current strengths, create new habits and embed new skills.
