We have had such a resounding response to our initial program and keep hearing that you want more! A deeper dive into the concepts covered in the Dare to Lead™ program.
Dare to Lead™ is based on research from Brené Brown and focuses on developing brave leaders and courageous cultures. We have extended the standard curriculum to cover common leadership challenges faced in Australia.
The Advanced program is delivered to those who have already completed their Dare to Lead™ training, and includes a series of virtual workshops with break-out sessions. You get direction and support from a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator.
During the Dare to Lead™ online program you will gain clarity about who you are as a leader and integrate more courage, strength, and bravery into the way you lead yourself and others. Yes, the results are life changing when you dare to lead!
Brené Brown defines a leader as “anyone who takes responsibility for
finding the potential in people and processes and has the courage to
develop that potential.”
This course is recommended exclusively for individuals who:

This program is delivered in virtual programs and public face to face workshops. It can also be delivered as part of other leadership development programs, in-house, on-site and customised to meet the specific needs of your organisation

The most significant learning within the Dare to Lead™ program is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage-building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching to help individuals, teams, and organisations move from armoured leadership to daring leadership.
“You will be challenged to become a more vulnerable leader, to lead with values, build trust and rise above setbacks.”
Brené Brown
The Advanced: Elevating your Courageous Leadership Joureney virtual program includes a series of 5 x 3-hour virtual sessions all supported by an organised structure of self-assessment, self-learning, habit-building, and online leadership tools, to maximise participant leadership development.
You are probably thinking to yourself, when was the last time I took time out of my busy day to day personal and professional life, to reconnect with myself and spend time reflecting on what matters most, and that is you as a leader!
You will explore bravery as an individual and a leader and get a deeper understanding about brave leadership being the willingness to act during times of uncertainty, to do what is right over what is easy, and to risk falling short in the process.
You will explore courage through a new lens and walk away with new ways of building courageous cultures that enable us to be brave, have tough conversations and create an environment where people can share their thoughts openly with others.
You will work on yourself and explore what is most important to you as a person and as a leader and reinforce that values-based leadership is about living and leading with values that direct and motivate others to do their best and that inspires everyone to contribute to the greater good.
You will undertake due diligence into what makes you angry or shuts you down (yes this happens to all of us!) and understand the connection with feelings such as worry, guilt, and shame. A connection is then made with what it takes to build a high trust organisation where we can confidently rely on ourselves and others to do the right thing.
What you will find is that self-compassion is often lacking when it comes to the fast-paced world we live in. You will learn techniques to be more understanding of yourself and others and the power of empathy, as you become more aware that everyone is doing the best we can as we learn about life!
