GLWS Debrief Sessions
Upon completion, a Personal Wellbeing Report is generated by the respondent’s GLWS coach and reviewed together in 2 x 90-minute confidential, one on one debrief sessions. What do people say about the GLWS?
“I first met Phil when he was engaged to facilitate a team-building activity, and was subsequently lucky enough to be offered the opportunity to complete the MEWS (now known as GLWS) survey with him. Phil has the rare ability to call your attention to the elements of your life that are out of balance – and your own part in that imbalance – without judgment or blame.”
