About Dare to Lead™
Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program designed to be facilitated by organisational development professionals. Phillip Ralph, Managing Director of The Leadership Sphere, is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator. We add to the core program content to address specific leadership challenges faced in organisations.
The program is available to individuals through public courses and to organisations that want in-house programs via either face-to-face workshops or online classes. Individuals who successfully complete the full 24-hour program will receive a certificate of completion and are allowed to put the Dare to Lead™ Trained badge on their LinkedIn account.

If you want a leadership development program to enable braver leadership and help build courageous cultures in your organisation, Dare to Lead™ for organisations is for you. You can register individuals in a public program with a choice of two delivery methods: either face to face or online virtual programs. Alternatively, we can deliver an in-house Dare to Lead™ program either using our standard format or adapted to meet the specific leadership development requirements of your organisation.

About Brené
Dr. Brené Brown is a research professor at the University of Houston where she holds the Huffington Foundation Endowed Chair at The Graduate College of Social Work. Brené is also a visiting professor in management at The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.
She has spent the past two decades studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy, is the author of six #1 New York Times bestsellers, and is the host of the weekly Spotify Original podcasts Unlocking Us and Dare to Lead.
