Leading self overview
The Leading Self Program acknowledges that leadership is less about your formal role or title and more about what you do. Leadership development should be about supporting your leaders to build trust, develop people and get business results. And in order to do this successfully, leadership development programs need to start with the inside (mindset, purpose, values) and move outwards (behaviours, aligning action and strategy). It comprises six one-day workshops, from a choice of nine topics, delivered over a 6-9 month period.
The Integrated Leadership Development Model (ILD) helps ensure that the right modules are selected and delivered in an optimal way. It firstly invites consideration of the ‘field of play’ or Context in which effective leadership is required at the organisational, team and leader levels.
