The Executive Coaching Program is 6 months of one-on-one coaching and involves a unique relationship between coach and coachee where traditional coaching is transcended though the service of not only immediate organisational and business goals but also higher order goals and aspirations. Our primary focus for executive coaching is The Seven Spheres of Leadership Mastery.
While coaching can mean many things to many people, we have adopted the International Coach Federation definition:
“Executive Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations.
Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning,
improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life.”
In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client’s progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future.
Our staff are members of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and strongly support and abide by the ICF Code of Ethics.
The ICF has also developed eleven core coaching competencies to support greater understanding about the skills and approaches used within today’s coaching profession as defined by the ICF.
